Obesity in North America is the highest it has ever been and continues to rise. The number of over weight children and teens is at an all time high. Obesity is a major cause of death today and plays a role in hypertension, diabetes, heart problems just to mention a few. It isn’t any wonder “weight loss and weight loss supplements” are two of the highest searched phrases on the internet today.
Seeking and finding a good weight loss program and/or product is difficult because there are so many to choose from. Too name a few there’s LA weight loss, Herbalife, Atkins Diet, and Weight Watchers. To add to the mix there are diet pills and diet supplements, and all of them claiming weight loss, which one should you choose? Let me introduce you to the arena of weight loss and weight loss supplements.
Years ago if you wanted to augment your weight loss program with a pill you had to get a prescription from your family doctor. Now these pills worked but with dangerous side effects. They caused rapid heart rate and were very addictive.

Typically weight loss is recommended when your BMI is greater than 30. Also if you suffer from high blood pressure or heart disease all the better to lose some weight. Losing weight requires a plan of action, commitment, determination, patience, and the ability to follow and achieve a daily and weekly weight loss goal. Let’s face it it’s not rocket science however you do need a plan of action. To put it in simple terms it is not taking in more calories then your body can use. There isn’t a magic pill out there anywhere and I’m sure if I could find one I’d be a billionaire. Weight loss is not easy and like the game of solitaire is played by you alone. You must be honest with yourself and realistic about your goals. You did not become overweight overnight and you are NOT going to lose it overnight.
