I would like to know the most effective weight loss and fitness plans that have worked best for people. I want to try and develop my own plan and would like outside ideas on work outs, recipes,etc.
Its an easy formula. What’s hard is sticking to it.
1. Calculate on average how many calories you eat a day (eg 1800)
2. Reduce the number by 500 (eg 1300)
3. Now that you have a limit, you decide ‘do i really want to eat this because it has x number of calories.’
4. In addition, try doing exercise without thinking of it as a chore.
5. Have something to work towards (a REALISTIC goal) such as fitting into a pair of jeans you cant atm.
6. Stick to this and the weight will drop off (eventually

My family and I are taking the Biggest Loser challenge this season, but I don’t know the formula for calculating percentage of weight loss - I have never been great in math.
Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. What causes massive weight loss ifconstantly worrying for 2 months?
210 in may now 168 got tested for thyroid came out normal what else could it be does acid reflux cuz weird body sounds answer both thanks under lot of stress last 2 motnhs not eating as much but use to eat lots of fatty foods and not gainign weight sounds scare me they come after eating 18 male non smoker

I am 22yrs old 6′2″ 380Lbs. I weighed 210Lbs 4 1/2yrs ago when I was in H.S and I was a guard on the Basketball team and I also ran Track. I currently sit in a cubicle Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm which is not helping my weight loss at all. I have been working out for a month Mon-Fri in the evenings for 1-2hrs. I have been mainly using the elliptical, bike, and lifting upper body weights.I have lost 10lbs in my first month but I am looking for supplements or something that I can use to help burn more fat and possibly build more muscle. I really need to burn fat on my stomach, love handles, lower abdomen, inner and back thighs and I would love to lose my man titties too LOL. Does anyone have any suggestions of what will help me the best?
Ive heard people say that Hydroxycut is good, so is Fastin, and Revolution if you do the 2 or 3pack? Oh and also Lipo 6 and Lipo 6x.
they dont work, try taking coenzyme Q10 which will metabolise your food better and try this it really worked for me
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time. ( i know the machines aren’t that accurate).
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles.
Dessert; 250 calories..maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)
I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea.
