I know this isn't healthy, so I only want to do it for a week.
But how much weight would I lose if, I started with the three day diet, and drank six cups of coffee a day with small meals throughout the rest of the four days of the week?
i dont need to lose a rediculous amount of weight, i weigh 63 kg. but i would like to look nice.
Is it a low calorie diet? Because if it is you will gain it back the next week. To effectively lose weight you gotta eat your RDA of calories and do some exercise. The small meals throughout the day thing is great though it boosts your metabolism. Just make sure it all adds up to 1800-2000 calories. If your a girl 1200-1500.
Trust me, it works. I was 228 in August 08, and now im down to 195.
