Hello,
I just ordered my P90x. I’m waiting anxiously for it to arrive. However, I am concerned about the diet as I am on a tight budget and don’t have a lot of money to spend on food.
Ideally, I would like to pick out a few, low cost items, from the diet that are relatively simple to prepare (nothing gourmet) and stick with those for the duration of the workout plan. Does anyone who has experience with P90x have any suggestions or other tips?
Stick with good proteins.
My son likes plain yogurt with a little honey drizzled on top.
Eggs you can vary how to prepare them and they keep well.
Chicken breast, again prepare ahead and take on the run.
Fruit and veggies that you like.
Tuna in the can…again good on the go.
Clif Builder bars (about 1.50 each) are good for a snack on the go.
Hope all goes well.
